Manifesto
A phone call, not a chat widget pretending to be one.
Most "AI voice" products are chat bots with a phone number bolted on — brittle scripts that break the moment a caller says something unexpected. We built Voice Qualifier on real Twilio telephony, with a script that's fully yours to configure, and a classification layer that always resolves to a definite outcome, never a shrug.
Why this exists
Qualifying inbound or outbound calls at volume shouldn't require a call center. It should be a script you control, running on infrastructure that doesn't get stuck, delivering a result straight to the system you already use — not a dashboard you have to check separately.
How we work
We scope your script, your branch outcomes, and your delivery webhook before writing any call-flow logic. Fixed price, fixed delivery window. Every classification path has a defined fallback so a call never resolves to nothing.
What we won't do
We won't build a calling instance intended to deceive or pressure recipients, and we don't take on the regulatory judgment call for you — telephony consent and disclosure rules vary by jurisdiction, and that responsibility stays with the operator placing the calls.
Standalone by default, ecosystem-ready if you want it
Voice Qualifier runs on its own against any script and CRM webhook you configure — no other Aeterna AI Architects module is required. But a qualified call result speaks the same webhook language as the rest of the platform, so if you're running Match Engine or another module, connecting the two is wiring, not a rebuild.
Who we build for
Businesses that need real phone qualification at volume — sales teams, recruiters, service businesses — who want a script they control and a result that lands directly in their CRM, not a black-box "AI agent" they can't inspect.
